Josh Scanlan is a 24 year old man from Iowa in the USA.This blog is not for those of delicate dispositions.He likes to write about random things and basically anything that comes to his mind and whatever is happening to him at the time. Like when he will post his snippets.He tells of an awkward childhood, with lots of babysitters coming and going,being left alone to his own devices and generally getting into trouble.

I wonder if he had a lonely childhood as I am picking up quite a bit of alone time as a child. I could be wrong.All women are wrong, right?

His descriptions of people aren’t exactly pretty - he’s has a pretty barbed way of how he sees people, and some may think he’s downright rude.He asks people to submit questions for him to answer- He could do with classes in diplomacy, but I guess he’d like to do things his way.

I wonder about his opinion of women and the fact of my opinion of him as a woman or coming from one. I don’t think he would like it so much.There is humour in the stories, though.But you have to be in the right frame of mind to appreciate it. But one thing I can say is that it is not lacking in content or text, of which there is a fair amount of.

With a colour scheme of charcoal,white and black,Globally Rational is a knock out blog covering international events as they happen.Politics,Barack Obama, the additives in the food we eat -”Is your beef more “natural” than mine?.” And that Barack Obama isn’t being black enough - How black do people want him to be, apart from

his skin colour? Should Barack suddenly break out and do rap songs about the ”hood and livin’ in da projects?” and talk about “eatin’ grits?” What is the definition of being black these days? And what does it mean for a black person living in the 21st Century today? Because only a black person would know themselves what it would be like being that particular ethnicity.Thereby, Obama can only be himself because he has been brought up surrounded by the culture of his family and his relatives.

The english grammar is faultless,I could not pick a spelling mistake anywhere.This blog is so up-to-date, it would probably know what Greorge W. Bush had for breakfast that morning and report it, too. If Globally Rational doesn’t have a decent subscriber base then I would be disappointed.The most popular post is the one titled “3 Reasons To Embrace Our Gas Prices.” with a popularity of 100%.

with cats and offbeat items, quirky kitchen gadgets such as popsicle cakes on a stick and has a colour scheme of pink blue and white. The truck that had a huge load full of Oreo cookies was amusing.

Corey Freeman is a female freelance website designer and copywriter.Her blog, Diligent Design has a blue and white colour scheme,which,incidentally are my favourite colours.It doesn’t have clashing colours together like green and orange together. (Which I think is hideous,but some people like it!).

Her blog is easy to read and if you read her blog properly, yes she is a female, menstruating woman with an ability to procreate and bring forth offspring.(Namely blog reviews!)Her gender is stated in her About page.

The english grammar is top notch and there are humorous moments within the content, like -

“Ok, nobody’s pregnant, but I would like to take a moment to inform my readers that I am female.”

She shows that bloggers are human and need to go to the toilet and go and have a crap - going to the loo

is the other social engagement apart from blogging at the computer constantly.There is a need to emerge from the cave called the computer and generally air ourselves out into the sunshine from time to time.

If you are looking for something witty and funny to read,then The Gospel According To Rhys should make you laugh. If it does’nt, then there is something wrong with your funnybone. Although, I must say the language is quite colourful if you know what I mean - his other blog is called Shagablogger, a dating site for people who blog.

He is a British 20-something man who works as a web-designer by day and he earns a bit of money with his blog at other times.He is a Welshman, and he runs Fair Review, a review exchange site that enables anyone to write reviews about your blog or site, once you have written a review for any blog that exists in the directory,before submitting your blog to be included.

Then after that, you sign up and include your rss feed and the permalink of the post to the blog that you have reviewed beforehand on your blog - which you can choose from a complete list in the directory.Then your blog is included in the directory for anyone to create a review about it.

Trouble is, I submitted my details first before writing a review for one of the blogs at Fair Review.

At any rate, I decided to do a review of Gospel According To Rhys anyway. He has been mentioned in the Guardian and has been reviewed by Bloggeries, so it is a worthwhile read.

Adgrid Network is owned by two guys by the names of Nick and Kyle,who are also the founders of ReviewBack.

The blog is full of information about what’s been happening for the site and having to change hosts,business progress and the gameplan for what they plan to do for the future of Adgrid Network.

Adgrid Network provides free advertising of your blog or site via placing a small piece of code onto your site or blog, so you show your visitors that stop by various ads from other blogs in the network.

It seems today, that not much is for free in the blogosphere in terms of advertising, so if you get the occasional visitor through it that might click on your ad, it is probably a bonus.

ReviewBack is a place for blogs and website owners to exchange reviews with each other, thereby increasing buzz and interest in your blog.It is free as well, so it is a really cheap way of getting visitors.

My only question is, does the person just browse for other blogs themselves or do people get notified of other people wanting to do reviews for site/blog owners? I decided to take the plunge and do a review for the Adgrid Network blog, and just wait and see what happens next.

The feed subscriber rate is at around 450 odd subscribers, which is a really impressive readership following Nick and Kyle’s progress.All I can say is the only way is up for these two.They also have a regular newsletter published, so people can keep in touch with news,views and how to get visitors to your site/blog.
