I have signed up with Entrecard and all you do is put up an Entrecard widget like I have
here -(after signing up) and you visit other people’s blogs that have the Entrecard widget on their blog.This earns you credits which you use to buy advertising on other people’s widgets.
The thing is that you have to drop your card on loads of blogs that have the Entrecard
widget to get the amount of traffic or visitors you’d like. And you do, sort of.
It hasn’t been easy, and it would take about two months for it to start generating traffic -
But I am not the sort of person who drops off dozens and hundreds of cards a day as it would be time consuming.Cos’ then I have to write in this blog and submit articles and……..

I hope you like Entrecard, I’m having fun with it and have found so many blogs I would never have otherwise seen. It’s a cute little community! Have fun and good luck. Oh, and the traffic increase is nice and I’ve found it gets you regular readers, not just a one time visit!

You also get them by advertising on other people’s blogs and by having them advertise on yours.
There are also some sites that have contests giving away entrecard credits, so you could enter some of those as well.

Yeah,I have heard of that,when I use my credits for advertising, I notice an increase in traffic.
At the moment, tho’ I seem to be letting people show on my entre card ad for free, which isn’t toooo bad.
I guess you can let them on your widget free and charge credits too.It just has’nt got to that point of people paying credits yet.

You still should read the top post when visiting blogs if it looks interesting, and comment on it. If you want “real” traffic, you need readers. Best way to attract people that read your blog is to read and comment on theirs…. otherwise, entrecard will end up just like blogexplosion, et al… just another clickthru site with filler traffic.

I have been using it for a month now and I have made a LOT of friends along the way. I have seen some great and interesting blogs out there. I know you will too.
